Personal Injury Solicitors

Salary: Negotiable - dependant on experience
Job type: Full time
Start date: As soon as possible

The level of Personal Injury activity we are currently experiencing has produced exciting opportunities for Solicitors with experience in this area to join the department.

The Candidate

  • A Solicitor with up to 4 years PQE with strong experience within Personal Injury
  • Can demonstrate a track record of having successfully settled cases
  • Comfortable delegating work to support staff
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Commercially astute
  • Proactive in developing the work of the department
  • Objective and professional in their dealings with clients
  • Ability to show empathy but remain professionally detached
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Thorough and methodical in their work and pays attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, confident and keen to succeed
  • Computer literate (working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel)

Paralegals

Salary: Negotiable - dependant on experience
Job type: Full time
Start date: As soon as possible

We are also looking for a number of Paralegals to primarily support our Litigation/Personal Injury Team.

The Candidate

  • Completed law degree/LPC
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • A minimum of 12 months relevant work experience
  • Energetic with a desire to contribute to the work of the team
  • Objective and professional in their dealings with clients
  • Ability to show empathy but remain professionally detached
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, confident and keen to succeed
  • Ability to talk on the phone and accurately record information on a case management system simultaneously
  • Comfortable with working with Social Media as well as standard applications
