As a Collins Partner Danielle has been a key player in a number of high profile, ground-breaking cases. These have included the successful thirteen-week Corby Group Litigation Trial in the Technology and Construction Court and the subsequent mediation which finally brought the claim to an end.
She has also taken a leading role in the recent appeal to the House of Lords in Kerrie Gray v Thames Trains and Network Rail; the Buncefield litigation before the Commercial Court and the Buncefield Claimants’ Arbitration process.
Her extensive experience in civil litigation includes complex, high value personal injury claims, professional negligence, disciplinary proceedings and group litigation. Danielle is currently involved in the firm’s latest project in Scotland, relating to residents’ health on potentially contaminated land in Motherwell.
