Our Senior Partner Des Collins was interviewed by BBC Wales Evening News yesterday talking about the tragic case of Kevin Slater – the first UK haemophiliac to contract AIDS in as a result of imported blood. The Infected Blood Inquiry, which is ongoing on a remote basis, heard from his sister-in-law Lynda Maule, one of our clients, and her desire to achieve justice for Kevin and her former husband Paul, also a haemophiliac who died of AIDS after being given infected blood
