Elaine O'Brien is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives specialising solely in Family Law since November 2000. Elaine is experienced in dealing with and resolving Children matters following disputes between parents.

She is also experienced in divorce and financial law. Her caseload is predominately publicly funded and Elaine has close links with a local accredited mediation service, Watford Women's Centre and CAFCASS.

As a member of the Resolution Organisation, Elaine is committed to promoting good practice and conciliatory dispute resolutions. Elaine O'Brien works closely with her clients and the family team at Collins Solicitors.
